Are Akanksha Puri and Paras Chhabra more than just friends?
A budding relationship in this industry is something that one can’t hide. Some way or the other it remaines no more a secret. Well, TV’s two scintillating actors are now rumoured to be more than “just friends”.
Hot beauty Akanksha Puri who made her TV debut with mythological series Vighnaharta Ganesha shifted to Mumbai for her acting career. Originally an Indore civilian, Akanksha has been in the city for some time. Introvert by nature, the lady has bonded with just a handful of people. Among the smattering number, the pretty actress is very close to another TV actor, Paras Chhabra. If the grapevines are to be believed, Paras and Akanksha are going out on dates. The duo has just begun dating and is in the process of knowing each other.
According to a reliable source, the two met each other through a mutual friend just a few months ago. They got together really well and their bonding has gelled pretty thick. According to a little birdie, Paras and Akanksha recently also went to Indore to visit temples. Since Paras is currently busy with Badho Bahu and Akanksha with the mythological drama, both the actors are taking it slow.
We contacted Akanksha to know the whole story. An ever-smiling Akanksha laughed off the news and said, “Paras is a good company. I have only a few friends in Mumbai and he is just one of them. Frankly, I’m not ready for a relationship as of now. I’m focusing on my career and this great show that I’m working on.”
On the other hand, Paras spoke at length and indirectly hinted at their friendship. “We are good friends. Both of us are not social at all, we met through a mutual friend and we just clicked. Akanksha and I are just so similar. Our families are so similar. We both are non-alcoholic, non-smoker, not party animals, so we clicked instantly,” Paras shared.
Ask him if they have gone out on dates and the Splitsvilla fame Paras said with a smile, “If going for movies once or twice is called going out on dates, then I don’t know what to say. We are currently focusing on our respective careers.”
However, on further probing, he did confess that the feelings can be described as ‘more than friendship’. “Honestly there’s nothing as of now. We are in the process of knowing each other. Maybe in the future! About the feelings, yeah you can say that it is something that is little more than friendship,” Paras reverted.
Nonetheless, whether dating or not, Paras and Akanksha do complement each other and make a helluva of a pair. As Paras quoted “Maybe in the future”, we do wish that something does happen in the future.
