Recently, a 102-year-old woman won Gold in 200m at World Masters Athletics and proved that age is just a number.
The lady named Man Kaur has already won several competitions in her entire career and even after the age of 100, there’s no stopping for her. The reason behind her fitness even after this age is her discipline in her way of living.
