Dhruv Sharma, Kannada actor and player of Karnataka Bulldozers team led by Kichcha Sudeep at the Celebrity Cricket League, passed away of multiple organ failure this morning (Tuesday, August 1) in Bengaluru. He was 36 years old.
According to reports, Dhruv collapsed at his home on Saturday. He was rushed to a hospital. He breathed his last this morning. His last rites will be held at Kubrahalli in Bengaluru at 4 PM today.
Dhruv was congenitally impaired of speech and hearing abilities, but he overcame that to become a successful professional cricketer and actor.
Dhruv Sharma is survived by his parents, wife and two daughters.
Film industry was shocked by his demise and many celebs including Aftab Shivdasani and Riteish Deshmukh took to Twitter to pay tribute.
